CSMA Club Forum House Rules
The CSMA Club Forums have been created for the use of all members to get in contact with fellow CSMA Club members to share experiences, have their questions answered or give advice.
For everyone's enjoyment, please:
No swearing
- Please don't use profanities or other words which might be offensive to others.
No threatening behaviour
- Do not use the site or our services to threaten, harass, stalk or abuse any person and please refrain from expressions of racism, homophobia, hatred, bigotry or foul language. Do not promote or encourage illegal behaviour. You should only use members' personal data to contact them via the site.
No illegal activities
- We do not allow any illegal activities to take place on the site or using our services. You agree to use the site and our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner which is consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations in the country in which you access the site. Your use of the site must not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any other person.
No offensive/unlawful material
- Do not use the site or our services to publish, post, disseminate or distribute (a) any inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or unlawful material; (b) any material that is in breach of any intellectual property or other right of a third party; or (c) software that could or is designed to harm people's computers, software or web sites.
No spamming or flooding
- Don't repost the same message, or very similar messages, more than once. Please also keep your posts relevant to the discussion topic.
Do not use the site to advertise
- The site and our services are not designed to be used for operating or advertising your business so please do not use them for this purpose.
Do not impersonate other users
- You must not pretend to be someone that you are not. In particular, you must not attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message and you must not impersonate another member or one of our employees.
Post in English only
- For everyone's enjoyment and understanding please post only in English. Posts containing languages other than English may be removed. Common greetings and salutations in languages other than English may be acceptable.

Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove or delete from the site any content that we think breaches or may breach these House Rules.
Please note that, although we reserve the right to remove or delete content from the site and to monitor content posted to the site, we do not generally monitor material provided by members. This means we are reliant upon users of the site to point out anything they find on the site that breaches these House Rules. If you see anything on the site that appears to infringe the House Rules then please let us know as soon as you can, so that we can take appropriate action.
Disciplinary procedure
- Breach of any of the House Rules above may result in your contribution being removed from the CSMA Club forum. Cases of an extreme breach or repeated violation of these Rules may result in a ban from the social aspects of the CSMA Club website and in accordance with the CSMA Club Code of Conduct for members, termination of your membership.
