The stone-built Wheel Farm Cottages have been lovingly converted from a 17th Century watermill and farm barns, and they retain many original features including beams and wood burning stoves. More modern additions include an indoor swimming pool and sauna, a tennis court and a children’s play area.

The seven acres of gardens, grounds and woodland to explore. All the delights of the surrounding ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, including amazing beaches at nearby Barnstaple and Woolacombe and the traffic-free loveliness of Clovelly village. And don’t forget the Tarka Trail – a wonderfully scenic 21 mile long (and thankfully flat) cycle path revealing some of the best of the local countryside.
