New CSMA Club log-in - making things more personal

Log in box

Regular visitors to the CSMA Club website will have noted that we've introduced a new log-in process.

Why logging in?

Logging in gives you access to member-only content; like competitions, member forums and partner discounts. This not only makes things secure, it also ensures that only bona fide Club members can access the benefits of membership.

How to create your log in details

To set up your log-in details, you need to register using your membership number and email address. You will also be asked to create a unique password.

The registration process is finished once you have validated your email address (this is done by clicking on a link that we email to your email address).

Once registered you can use your email address and password to log into the CSMA Club website.

Tip

To avoid having to log in every time you come back, you can tick "Remember me" when logging in. This will keep you logged in until you choose to log out. Please note though that for security and privacy reasons you should only use "Remember me" when working on a private computer which isn't shared.

If you experience any problems, please contact our Membership Team on 0845 345 7444 or email membership@csmaclub.co.uk. Please remember to quote your CSMA Club membership number.

FAQ's

 Q. I have registered but have not received an e-mail to confirm my registration.

A. Check your settings to ensure the e-mail has not been blocked. As the email is an automatic response, some filters will stop you receiving it.

Q. My postcode is not recognised against my membership number.

A. Are you using your CSMA Club membership number (if you have a Britannia Rescue policy, you may have a different number). Make sure you leave a space when typing your postcode.

Q. When trying to register again, I am being told my e-mail is already in use.

A. This does not mean you cannot continue - this is only an acknowledgement that you have registered this e-mail before.

Q.  I can't remember my password, can you send me the details again?

A. Unfortunately not - the password is unique to an individual and we are unable to view member's passwords. This is for security measures, however, you can follow the 'Forgotten your password' link under the log in box to retrieve your password.
