LV= Frizzell's motor legal expenses insurance service offers up to £100,000 cover for legal costs to help you recover uninsured losses from an accident or to defend a motoring prosecution. It’s included within CSMA Club membership and is worth £24.90.*

LV= Frizzell's motor legal expenses cover provides up to £100,000 cover for legal costs to help you recover your uninsured losses from a third party following a motor accident that wasn’t your fault. For example:
- Loss of earnings
- Car repair costs if you don’t have comprehensive cover
- To recover your policy excess
- Compensation for death or injury
- Hire car costs
And to defend you against motoring prosecutions arising from the use of any motor vehicle owned by you. For example:
- Careless/dangerous driving
- Speeding offences
- Drink/driving offences
Motor legal expenses cover is included with your membership and covers you or your spouse driving any motor vehicle owned by you and anyone else driving your car(s) with your permission.
You do not need to apply for this cover, it is provided automatically from the day you become a CSMA Club member. See your membership pack for more information. Cover applies to incidents occurring anywhere in the European Union. This must be read in conjunction with the policy terms and conditions. All cover is subject to the case having appropriate prospects of success and the costs and expenses being proportionate to the financial benefit to you of incurring legal costs and expenses.
*Based on normal price including IPT to add MLE to an LV= car insurance policy. The use of MLE is not limited to LV= policies.
