Can I book my holiday online?
Yes, the majority of The Co-operative Travel holidays can be booked online. Should you encounter any difficulties while trying to do so, please call one of our experienced travel advisors on the number shown on the right.
How am I notified of my booking/receive my tickets?
Soon after making your booking, The Co-operative Travel will post you an invoice confirming their contract with you and showing the outstanding balance.
What methods of payment do The Co-operative Travel accept:
Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro
A 2.5% credit card charge is applied on bookings made through the retail branches. A 2.35% credit card charge is applied on bookings made over the telephone and online. No credit card surcharge is applied when using your CSMA Club credit card.
Can I book car hire, attraction tickets, insurance or order foreign currency before I go ?
Of course you can, and The Co-operative Travel advisor will happily help you.
What if I need to book a holiday for a large group?
Group bookings are a great way to arrange a holiday for a family reunion, or a group of friends and The Co-operative Travel has award winning advisors who can work with you to discuss and plan your group bookings.
Who can buy holidays from us?
For the majority of our holidays The Co-operative Travel can only accept bookings from UK residents aged 18 years or over, and there must be at least one adult (18 years or over) travelling on any one booking.
